hopefully you mean BBQ food recipes not sauce….

My favorite recipe is potatoes cooked in foil:
    cut up potatoes
    sliced onions
    garlic
    olive oil
    a little butter
    seasoned salt
    pepper
and a sprig of fresh rosemary

wrap tightly in foil by laying the vegetables on 2 sheets of foil (then add all the above ingredients) then covering with 2 others and roll up sides and ends, heavy duty foil works the best.
cook on top rack or on low for about 45-60 mins. turning over once. I didn’t add amounts of potatoes/garlic etc because it depends on how many people are eating just use common sense…these will come out great every time and easy clean-up side dish.
