Need an easy chicken recipe for someone who isn’t familiar with cooking chicken & w little food in the house?

I have four chicken breasts thawed and was hoping someone could give me an easy recipe for dinner tonight. I have the basics like some salsa, or cream of mushroom. I have some rice. I have some pasta. Some peas and corn. Maybe a casserole or something? I have some shredded cheese. Any ideas?
I also have some scalloped potatoes. Biscuits. Or Stove Top Stuffing. Any ideas for a casserole?

slice the chicken breast in halves so they are not too thick. Put in a class baking dish put in dry rice, pour enough water in to cover the rice then mix in about 5 tbs of salsa. you may need to add a little more water, then bake at 350 for about 35 minutes, until chicken is done and the rice is tender then, when it is about ready, sprinkle shredded cheese on top and put back in oven for 5 minutes, take out and serve with a dollop of sour cream on top. If you have any tortillas it will be great with that too. Good Luck!

Ohhh you will love this

Rice and chicken up-side-downs

Cut the chicken breasts in cubes
- Heat a frying pan with 1 table spoon of oil.
- sauté the chicken with some garlic, (if you have red pepper), salt and some lime juice.
- cook some rice (In a pot add on table spoon of oil and add the rice and let it fry for a minute and then add the recommended amount of water. Let it boil and then cover it and let it cook for 15 minutes on low heat.)

In a small bowl, put a layer of the chicken cubes then a layer on cheese then a layer of rice and you do the same thing again. You flip it up-side-down and you a great delicious dish to ready to serve.
