the method is so simple,but i know the shapes comes with time.i was wondering,u never told how to make those colours.did u use artificial colour in the rice dough?thanks and will definately try.
Hello Sudha and thanks for the recipe. I was wondering, can you steam them in an electric rice cooker as well? Or some other way? I don’t have a microwave steamer.
This video is awesome. This actually gave me the courage to try this recipe for Ganapati this year. I always thought making ukadiche modak was a very difficult task, somehow this video shows that it doesn’t have to be that difficult
