I’m tellin You!!!!, you guys need to be on TV, cable or something!!!!!, keep up the damn good work. We are going to do a big ass BBQ at Camp Delmar at Camp Pendelton Ca, and you guys recipes (plus my own, I can throw-down too) are gonna head-line right next to the ice cold beer.

Between 3:51 and 4:01 the pot moved in the grill. What’s going on there? When and why did you move to indirect heat?
