Add a little drop of oil in the water before cooking, and don’t over cook. When the water is boiling, switch the heat off and leave the pan covered for about 10 minutes. it should finish the cooking for you.

Make sure that you don’t strain out too much water after boiling your noodles, and use a little extra sauce. Also, make sure that you boil your noodles in the sauce for some extra taste.

right after its done cooking, drain the water and add butter (about 5tbs), put the lid back on and shake the pan. that should make it juicy and the pasta wont stick. gL =]

Make sure you have enough water when boiling. Only so much starch can be taken out of the paster per cup of water. The more saturated that water, the more starch will be on the pasta and it will be sticky.
And remember to run a bit of cold water over the pasta after it gets where you want it, otherwise it will continue to cook.
Also, yes it is a good idea to drizzle a bit of evo, to taste of course.

Reserve a cup of the pasta water after cooking. Drain the pasta as usual. If the pasta appears to be drying out add back a little of the water. This way you are getting moist pasta and keeping the pasta flavor true, instead of having slimy pasta that tastes like oil, margarine or butter.

Boil the water first.
Add the noodles to the water.
As soon as it gets fully limp turn off the heat.
Cover for 2 min.
Strain.
Run water over the noodles to cool them down to a comfortable tempurature.
Serve right away.
